Who We Are
McCartan & Burke Solicitors are a general law practice with a wide range of knowledge and expertise.
We have been in practice for over 40 years and we pride ourselves on building strong and lasting relationships with our clients.
Noel McCartan qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and has been a partner in McCartan & Burke Solicitors ever since.
Noel has over 37 years’ experience as a solicitor in general practice, specialising in commercial property.
Mark McCartan qualified in McCartan & Burke Solicitors in 2017. Having trained in the law firm Mark has built up strong client relationships over the years and has a wide range of knowledge across numerous practice areas such as litigation, employment, defamation and family law matters.
Lisa qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and trained in a well known commercial law firm where she qualified into their Property department.
Lisa McCartan joined McCartan & Burke LLP in 2021 and has been a partner of the firm since January 2023.
Lisa has experience in all aspects of Property transactions and has an in depth knowledge in both residential and commercial transactions. Lisa holds a certificate in conveyancing from the Law Society.
